As part of the development of AQUA HOTEL GRUP Compliance management system, (hereinafter referred to as “AQUA”) and in compliance with Law 02/2023, dated February 20th, on the protection of persons reporting normative infringements and fighting against corruption, an Ethics Channel has been enabled with the aim of preventing, detecting, and providing an adequate response to behaviors contrary to internal regulations and/or legally applicable.

Through the Ethics Channel Block Channel GT, members and business partners of AQUA can report any irregularity, non-compliance, or reprehensible behavior contrary to AQUA ethical standards, as outlined in our internal regulations governing the conduct of AQUA employees and collaborators.
