As of March 2017, Romain Fornell is the head chef for all the culinary spaces at Hotel Ohla Barcelona.
Romain was born in France and has been living in Barcelona for more than 16 years. He was the youngest chef in France to get a Michelin star when he received his first. In 2005, in Barcelona, he got another star for Caelis, becoming the only chef to receive this distinction in both France and Spain.
Romain's culinary style is contemporary cuisine, reinterpreting tradition and vanguard in his own creations. He is known for his daring, passion and balance.
